A friend of mine had the permanent hair restoration procedure with Bosley 2 years ago.  He did great and looks totally different now with hair.  I think he was also taking Propecia at the time, not sure about the laser comb as I think it came out later.

Room Reservation Fee:  If you have been approved by a Bosley physician as a candidate for hair restoration, you’ll need to reserve a room when scheduling. The fee to reserve a room is $500 for procedures scheduled Monday-Thursday and $1000 for Friday and Saturday procedures.

The room reservation fee is deducted from the total cost of the procedure, which is due before it is performed.  This fee is non-refundable unless notification is provided at least two weeks in advance of the reservation change.  The fee is also refundable if you are not accepted for treatment by a Bosley physician.
